grptalk Website and/or Application (the "Portal") is the property of Telebu Communications LLP (formerly SMSCountry Networks), registered under the laws of India, whose registered office is located at Hyderabad.

grptalk is a mobile and web-based audio conferencing app that lets you connect 3-10,000+ people in 30 seconds. grptalk enables ‘instant conferencing’ and gives you complete control and visibility of the conference call.

The Service is available through grptalk Website and mobile Application, which may be freely downloaded from Google Play or the App Store, to all natural person over the age of the majority, who has subscribed with a Mobile telephony Operator and who wishes to use our Service, with the Website and/or Application, for his own needs, for commercial and/or non-commercial use and/or personal use.

By accessing and using or by browsing or by downloading grptalk Website and/or Application, the User is considered to have accepted the policies and voluntarily agrees the following mentioned terms of the Privacy Policy of grptalk, which are intended to work for every Users. Through accepting these Privacy Policy, the Users are considered to have voluntarily accepting and agreeing being obligatory by the Terms of Use of grptalk.

Each time the users visit grptalk or provide us with their personal information, they are doing so, by accepting the terms and conditions mentioned in the Privacy Policy section in the webpage/application of grptalk at that time. The user of grptalk agrees that by using our website and/or application (s)he is expressly and voluntarily consenting to the disclosure of the information that (s)he provides us, and accepting to receive emails and notification alerts.

If the users use grptalk Services from the mobile device, that device shall send grptalk data about the users location based on the user's phone settings. grptalk may ask the users to opt-in before grptalk uses GPS or other tools in order to identify the users exact location.

grptalk may often introduce new and latest features, which might require the collection of new information. If grptalk collects materially different personal data or materially changes how grptalk uses the users or members data, grptalk shall notify the users and will also update/modify this Privacy Policy.

grptalk collects and retains, generally as a Processor and in order to provide the Services, Personal Data and other information our users upload, provide, or create while using the Service ("User-Generated Information"), which includes information related to:

Meetings: Meeting title, invitation content, participants, meeting link, date, time and duration. grptalk collect activity recorded in the meeting (for example joining or leaving), including activity related towards third-party integrations, together with the date, time, individual engaged in the activity, and other participants in the meeting with the date, time, duration, and quality ratings that our users provide.
Messages: Message content, sender and recipients, date, time, and read receipts. Content shared: Files and file names, sizes, and types Whiteboards: Whiteboard content, snapshots, and background images
Status: Status information, for instance about whether and when the users are active, out of office, or have turned on Busy. The users may choose whether or not to share status information with other users.

All messages and content users share in a meeting, including Personal Data about you or others shall be available to all other participants in that meeting.

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

grptalk servers automatically record certain information when the users use our Services, including the users IP address, operating system type and version, client version, IP addresses along the network path, and the MAC address of your internet connection (“Host Information”) grptalk also automatically record information about the users usage of the Service, including actions taken, date and time, frequency, duration, quantity, quality, network connectivity, and performance information related to logins, clicks, messages, contacts, content shared, calls, meetings, cloud recording, and other feature usage information (“Usage Information”)

grptalk and our third-party service providers automatically collect some information about the users when the users use our Products, using methods such as cookies and tracking technologies. Information automatically collected consist of Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on grptalk website (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the website and/or Products. In addition, when the users use some of our grptalk Products, network information is transmitted back to us such as Product usage information. This information is transmitted back to us, so we could determine how users are interacting with our Products, to assist us with improving our Products, and to correct any problems that may perhaps occur.

When the users download and use grptalk Products, we automatically collect information on the type of device the users use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”). grptalk sends the users push notifications from time-to-time in order to update the users about any events or promotions that grptalk may be running. grptalk uses the information of the users in order to deliver the services we offer, respond to the users and operate and improve our site and application. grptalk may use the user's personal information to contact users regarding any new updates, or service-related communications, which includes important security updates. The users agrees that by using our site and application that the users are expressly and voluntarily consenting to the disclosure of the information that the users provides us, and accepting to receive emails.
